    If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share. If you use the enquiry form on this website, we store your name, email address, selected country, phone number, message, the site language, the time of sending, a reference number and a pseudonymised (hashed) technical identifier of your connection used to limit spam. These records are held in our private website database and are used to notify our team by email; they are not publicly accessible.

    How we use your data

    We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you proceed, to plan and carry out the work. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

    Cookies and storage

    Your choice to dismiss this notice is remembered in your browser's local storage under the key `brc-cookie-notice-dismissed`. The gallery uses a privacy-enhanced YouTube embed.     Third-party services

    The gallery embeds a privacy-enhanced YouTube player, which connects to YouTube when the page loads; the homepage video is hosted with this website. Fonts load from Google-hosted services. When these resources load, their providers may receive connection data, such as your IP address and browser information, even without clicking an external link. Following WhatsApp or Google Maps links also connects you to those services. Google and Meta process data under their own privacy policies.

    This website is built and hosted on Lovable, whose data-processing and security practices are described in the Lovable Trust Center (https://trust.lovable.dev/). The enquiries database is provided by the same platform and is not publicly readable.
